Our journey in dairy processing began as a family business, rooted in traditional methods. In 2001, we started by transforming locally sourced sheep’s milk into clarified butter to serve our community.
Starting with a daily processing capacity of 2,000 liters of milk, we have expanded our production to a current capacity of 150 tons per day.
At the heart of our production line lies the milk of local Awassi sheep. In addition, we also process goat and cow milk sourced from the same region.
Beyond the unparalleled taste of our natural products, we have also aligned our hygiene standards with European regulations.
Since 2020, our products—distributed both domestically and internationally to boutique and large-scale businesses—have been proudly offered under the Urfarm brand.
